About Macauley Brothers Inc

Pond Meadow Park runs its brook and its footpaths along the Braintree line, and it quietly sets a standard for what green ought to look like in this corner of Weymouth. Macauley Brothers Inc keeps residential lawns to that mark — mowed on schedule, trimmed where a machine cannot reach, edged so the driveway has a defined border. The year opens by pulling winter debris off the turf and out of the beds, and closes with a last leaf pass before the ground hardens. Weymouth soil is glacial and stony and full of opinions, so much of the job is reading a yard rather than simply cutting it. Done properly, a lawn stops being something the owner has to think about.
