About D. Follett Tree Service & Landscaping

Iron Hill rises behind the older streets of Weymouth carrying oaks that have watched a great many Novembers, and their shade decides what will grow underneath. D. Follett Tree Service & Landscaping works lawns in that dappled light — mowing, trimming and edging, then hauling out the leaf load those trees drop when they finally let go. Grass under a mature canopy is a negotiation: cut a little higher, kept clear so whatever sun reaches the ground can do its job. Spring cleanup here means pulling a winter's worth of twigs and acorn shells off the turf before the first pass. By July the yard is soft and green in the shade, which is the best place in town to stand.
