Lucas Irrigation Co

About Lucas Irrigation Co

Late afternoon in January, the light along Stony Brook turns the color of pewter and the snow begins almost politely — a few flakes over the old aqueduct path, then the whole sky at once. Lucas Irrigation Co takes that as the signal to roll. Long private drives under white pine are opened first, then widened, then squared off at the turnaround so a car can swing without a three-point struggle; walkways get blown clear and sanded down to honest footing. Weston is a town of set-back houses and dark, quiet roads, and it needs somebody out there making them usable before morning. Service covers Weston and reaches into Lincoln, Sudbury and Wayland.
