About Monette Property Solutions

Wind gets an easy run across the open ground up Bean Porridge Hill, and it will refill a driveway an hour after the plow leaves. Monette Property Solutions works with that in mind, clearing driveways and parking areas wide, stacking snow downwind, then circling back for the drift that always forms in the same place. Walks and steps are shoveled and salted so the path to the car is solid underfoot. Storms in this part of Westminster rarely end politely, so the job ends when the pavement is genuinely clear. That holds at three in the morning as surely as it does at noon.
