About Valley View Property Management & Services

Tekoa stands over the west end of town with its bare ledge showing, and from the right street in Westfield you can watch weather come around it an hour before it arrives. Valley View Property Management & Services plans by that hour — mowing, trimming, edging and mulching in the green season; plowing, shoveling and salting when the forecast finally lands. Properties need tending on a schedule, not a whim, and the schedule is what turns a list of chores into a kept place. Spring and fall cleanups clear the difference between the two halves of the year. There is real pleasure in a driveway opened before dawn and a lawn cut sharp by noon inside the same twelve months.
