Doody Dashers - Dog Poop Scooping

About Doody Dashers - Dog Poop Scooping

The blocks around Amelia Park are stitched together with short walks, side gates and back steps — small, particular ground that a plow truck can only get so close to. When a cold snap sets in over Westfield and the sidewalks glaze, Doody Dashers - Dog Poop Scooping turns to snow work, clearing drives, paths and doorways so a house is usable from every door it has. Powder off the porch, the hard crust chipped from the bottom step, salt where the shade never lets go. It is unglamorous and it matters, especially at seven in the morning with a leash in one hand. Small yards, done properly, are their own kind of pride.
