From the top of Pipestave Hill you can see how West Newbury is put together — orchard rows, stone walls, the woods around Mill Pond, and river light off to the north. Good Grass Landscape works those properties through the growing season, mowing and trimming on a weekly circuit, edging beds, spreading mulch, and doing the deep cleanups in spring and fall. Grass grows hard on this ground in June, and keeping ahead of it is a pleasure when the finished lawn holds its lines all week. In winter the same drives get plowed and the walks shoveled, with salt down wherever a slope wants to turn to glass. Ordinary work done attentively, and the town looks better for it.
