On a July evening Moody Street fills up with people and the old watch factory clock throws its reflection out across the Charles. Frank Fragale & Sons Landscaping spends those long days on Waltham's lawns — weekly mowing, edging at the curb and walk, trimming around posts and plantings, mulch spread even in the beds. The season opens with a full cleanup and ends with one, leaves hauled away and the turf taken down for the cold. City lots are tight and full of corners, which is precisely where a careful hand shows itself. A yard that looks composed from the street is the point of the whole exercise.
