About TrueFix Services

Vernon Street at five in the morning is a tunnel of headlight and falling snow, with banks going up steadily on both sides. TrueFix Services works Wakefield through the storm hours — plowing driveways and lots, shoveling steps and walkways, and treating the surfaces that ice over the moment the temperature slips a degree. The second pass is where a storm is actually won, after the town trucks have thrown a wall across the end of every driveway in the neighborhood. Getting that ridge cleared before someone has to leave for work is a small mercy, and people notice it. Then the truck moves on to the next street and does the whole thing again.
