About Top Quality Services Inc

Lowell Street runs northwest out of Wakefield, and once the open ground begins there is nothing left to slow the wind down. Top Quality Services Inc plows that side of town — driveways cut open, lots pushed back to their edges, walkways cleared, grit spread where the drift keeps rebuilding itself. A storm with wind in it is really two storms: the snow that falls, and then the snow that moves afterward. So the routes get run a second time once the sky clears and the gusts start filling in the ends of driveways again. Pavement from the garage door to the street, with nothing left to argue with.
