About Lunch Pail Services

Four-thirty in the morning, Main Street empty, snow still falling, thermos wedged on the dash — that is the shift Lunch Pail Services keeps. Storefront walks get cleared and treated before anyone rolls up a gate, and driveways get plowed and squared so that both the mailbox and the curb cut survive the winter intact. Treated surfaces follow the blade, and the truck comes back for a second run when the wind fills in whatever the first one opened. Wakefield catches the coastal storms that turn heavy and wet about halfway through, the kind that ask for muscle rather than speed. The name covers the rest of it.
