About Gaipo Landscape & Design
When the Merrimack Valley trades the last hard frost for softened ground, the season turns and Gaipo Landscape & Design turns with it — from winter's held breath into the slow, deliberate making of a yard. In Tyngsborough, where the river bends wide past wooded hills and the long valley light lays itself across old mill-town streets, this design-and-build landscape shop sets stone into the earth and shapes gardens made to hold their season: perennial beds and shrub borders, brick and stone patios, retaining walls and steps stacked one by one, koi ponds and water features that carry the sky on their surface. There is a plain, physical pleasure in the finished thing — a walkway that leads you somewhere, an outdoor stone kitchen and fireplace built for long evenings under the trees, lighting that keeps a garden glowing well after dusk. The same care travels out to Groton, Westford, and Dunstable, where pergolas and gazebos and decks are set to settle in as though they had always stood there. Season after season the perennials come back and the stonework stays, and the ground keeps the shape their hands gave it.
