About Barnwell Enterprises LLC

The Merrimack marks the far edge of Tewksbury, and storms track up that valley with a stubbornness the calendar never quite prepares anyone for. Barnwell Enterprises LLC works those nights — plowing driveways and lots, clearing walkways, salting and sanding where the freeze sets in behind the wind. By the time the first commuters ease out onto Route 38 the pavement is dark and the banks are pushed back square, which is exactly how it ought to look. Nobody thanks a plow at five in the morning, and nobody should have to. The measure of the job is that the day goes on as though nothing happened.
