About Mantis Landscape & Excavation LLC

March in Taunton is neither one thing nor the other — snow still stacked in the shade, mud everywhere the sun reaches, gravel drives on the north side soft as batter. Mantis Landscape & Excavation LLC works both ends of that: plowing and shoveling while winter still means it, then spring cleanups, mowing, trimming and edging as the ground firms up underfoot. The changeover is the most honest part of the year, when a property looks its worst and improves the fastest. There's real pleasure in watching a yard go from gray to green across three visits. The winter side has its own version of that — a drive opened at dawn, tidy right to the edges.
