About North Country Companies, Inc

When the last car pulls out of a commercial lot near the highway in Stoughton, the real winter shift is only starting. North Country Companies, Inc pushes those acres clean overnight — long passes across the pavement, snow stacked in the corners where it will not swallow parking spaces, entries and sidewalks cleared, sand and salt worked into the lanes. Driveways get the same treatment on a smaller scale, plowed and opened before the morning commute. Nobody sees the middle of a night like that; everybody sees the result at seven o'clock. A lot that is bare and gritty underfoot is a good night's work.
