Everett’s lawn service

About Everett’s lawn service

Stoughton keeps time by its trains, the old stone depot near the center watching commuters come and go beneath its tower. Away from the platform the town softens into side streets of fenced yards, and farther out, toward Ames Long Pond, the lots stretch back into the oaks. Everett's lawn service mows and trims Stoughton lawns, the small squares by the sidewalk and the long runs back to the woods alike. On a Saturday in early June the smell of cut grass drifts from one end of town to the other, and a lawn with a sharp edge along the walk is the neighborhood's way of saying the week is done.
