Sun & snow the brothers

About Sun & snow the brothers

The morning after a big storm, Springfield turns blinding: hard blue sky, a low winter sun, and every yard glittering like crushed glass. Sun & snow the brothers carry both halves of that morning in their name. They plow and shovel out Springfield homes, from the bend of the driveway to the top step, while the light is still slanting across the ice on Watershops Pond. Snow pushed off early on a bright day gives the pavement hours to dry before the evening freeze, and a cleared drive shines back at the sky by afternoon.
