Essential Lawns

About Essential Lawns

Saturday mornings on Liberty Heights begin with mower sound drifting up from a dozen yards at once, the way it does where houses sit close together. Essential Lawns works those blocks and the streets running down toward Van Horn Park, cutting, trimming and clearing the clippings so the weekend belongs to somebody else. The name says what the service is: the grass down, the edges honest, the walk blown bare. A spring cleanup opens the year and a last fall pass closes it out. In between there is nothing complicated about it — just a lawn that never gets away from you.
