About Appalachian Hauling And Removal, LLC

At three in the morning Indian Orchard is all brick and hush, the old mill buildings dark along the Chicopee River while snow stacks up in the streetlight. Snow work in Springfield often starts at an hour like that, and Appalachian Hauling And Removal plows out driveways and, true to the hauling in its name, carries off snow that has nowhere left to go. A bank shoved to the curb tends to creep back into the lane by noon; a bank that is gone stays gone. When the mill windows catch the pink of morning, the pavement underneath is black and open.
