About SourceOne Property Maintenance, INC

Along the Charlton Street corridor the lots have to be usable before the doors open, whatever the sky did overnight. SourceOne Property Maintenance, INC builds its calendar around that: plowing lots and driveways in the dark, shoveling entries and walkways, spreading salt and sand across aprons and the spaces where people step out of a car. Once the ground thaws, the same properties get mowed, trimmed and edged, with cleanups in spring and leaf removal when the maples along Route 131 finally turn. Commercial ground is unforgiving — an unplowed row or a shaggy island is the first thing anybody notices. Getting there ahead of the day, every single time, is the point of the work.
