About Exterior Construction Inc

West of the village the ground climbs toward Pomeroy Mountain, and in February the wind comes off that shoulder carrying snow it has already moved once. Exterior Construction Inc takes on those hill roads and the driveways that bend away from them, pushing the banks back, opening the turnarounds, keeping a grade passable that would otherwise send a car sideways. Up here plowing is as much about where the snow goes as where it leaves — stacked with room for the next one, cut away from the mailbox and the corner sightline. Sand and salt go onto the shaded pitches that never catch a midday sun. When the gusts finally drop off, what remains is a clean ribbon of asphalt running uphill between the pines.
