About Louie's Lawn Services

Somerset sits with its back to the Taunton River and its face to the weather off Mount Hope Bay, which means salt in the air, wind that never quite stops, and winter storms that turn to slush and then to glare ice overnight. Louie's Lawn Services works both ends of that: plowing driveways and shoveling walks in the small hours, then salting the spots where the wind scours a path bare and refreezes it. In the green months the same streets — down through Pottersville, out along the water toward Brayton Point — get weekly mowing, edging, and cleanups that keep salt-tired lawns looking their best. Grass this close to the bay needs a steady hand and a regular cut to hold its color. Whatever the month, the job ends with the walk clear and the edges clean.
