About New England Tree Experts
Before Route 9 wakes up, Lake Quinsigamond is glass, and the shells go out from the Shrewsbury shore in a line so quiet you can hear the oars. New England Tree Experts works the ridge above that water and the streets behind it, from the old shade of Dean Park down toward the Grafton line. A crown that overhangs a slate roof gets trimmed back; a maple split at the union gets pruned or, if the wood has gone, taken out in sections over the driveway. When a squall runs the length of the lake and drops a limb across the sidewalk, storm damage cleanup opens the block again. It is satisfying work — a large tree handled piece by piece, the lawn raked out, the tree that stays looking like it was always that shape.
