In October the Mill River runs low and bright through Rowley, and the leaves come down over the whole town at once. JT Madison Landscaping and Snow Management takes that stretch as it comes: mowing right up until the grass quits, then hauling off drifts of oak and maple until the lawns are bare and combed. When the wind turns and the first storm tracks up the coast, the mowers give way to plows and the driveways get the attention the yards did. There is something worth doing well in a lawn closed out clean in November and a drive opened clean in February. Same hands, same standard, four months apart.
