About Cabral’s Site Co

Rochester's cranberry bogs go glass-flat and white in January, and the wind that crosses them finds every open driveway along Route 105. Cabral's Site Co works the hours nobody else is awake for — plowing, clearing driveways and turnarounds, opening walkways, laying sand and salt where the ice sets up hard. By the time the sky turns grey over the tree line, the dooryards are already black pavement again. Snow work in a spread-out town means miles between stops and a route learned by heart. The reward is small and complete: a car that backs out without hesitating.
