La Pointe's Lawn Services

About La Pointe's Lawn Services

Richmond sits in a fold of the Berkshires with Lenox Mountain on one side and Perry's Peak on the other, and morning fog lies on Richmond Pond until the sun clears the ridge. La Pointe's Lawn Services mows and maintains the lawns of these hill farms and country houses — big open cuts, trimming around stone and orchard, beds edged and mulched. Grass grows differently up here, slower and later, and the season is short enough to make every good week count. The spring cleanup follows the last of the mud, and the fall round comes just as the hills go red and the valley starts holding frost overnight. A cleanly cut lawn set against all that hill country is a fine thing to leave behind at the end of a day.
