About JSCS Landscaping

October comes down hard on Reading — the maples along Walkers Brook go orange in a week, then let go all at once, and every lawn in town disappears under them by Saturday. JSCS Landscaping is out in that season and in every other: mowing and trimming through the summer, edging and mulching the beds, then the long fall cleanup that hands the grass back to the light. Autumn work smells like wet leaves and two-stroke, and it is oddly satisfying, because you can see exactly what you did. Come spring the same yards get opened up, cleared out and cut for the first time. Steady care, week after week, is what makes a lawn look easy.
