About Smith Property Services

The first real storm of the year always catches a town half-ready, and Raynham is no exception — a few flakes at dusk, then six hours of steady fill. Smith Property Services runs the snow work straight through it: drives opened, lots plowed, walks and steps shoveled down to the surface, salt on the treads and the sloped part of the driveway. Out toward the Bridgewater line the wind has room to move, and the same drives close in twice before morning, so the trucks come back around. Plain work, done in the dark, measured only by whether anybody had trouble leaving the house. Most winters nobody thinks about it at all, and that is exactly the point.
