Great Pond goes dark and glassy in January, and the wind that crosses it finds every driveway in Randolph. Bluepeak Landscaping meets it at the plow end — drives opened to pavement, walks and steps shoveled, salt down before the first car backs out. In April the same trucks come back carrying mowers, and the work turns to weekly cutting, spring cleanups, trimming, and mulch laid even around the foundation beds. Two jobs, one town, one set of hands that knows which streets drift and which lawns hold water. A drive cleared at five in the morning and a mowed strip of green in July are two halves of the same year.
