Half the property lines in Quincy are drawn in granite — curbs, steps, retaining walls, the low stone borders somebody's grandfather set by hand. VPS Landscape and Hardscape does the lawn work where the grass meets all that stone: mowing, cutting a clean line along walls and walks, trimming where a blade cannot reach, and clearing up so the stone shows. Late September is the right time to see it, when the light comes in low and sideways and every edge casts its own shadow. Grass against granite is the local look, and it only reads well when the boundary between them is deliberate. Getting that line right is a small thing that changes how an entire property feels.
