At the far south end of town, near Ship Pond and the Bourne line, the roads run quiet under pine and the first real snow usually arrives in December. Medhaug Landscaping meets it with plows and shovels: driveways cleared, walkways opened, sand and salt where ice sets up hardest. When the thaw comes they change over — cleanups, the season's first mow, then weekly cutting, trimming and edging straight through to the leaves. Plymouth covers a lot of ground, and every corner of it keeps its own weather. Both halves of the year get the same attention here.
