About Virgilio Construction Co Inc

Storms come up the valley from the southwest and stall against the Berkshire hills, which is how Pittsfield ends up with a foot after a forecast promised eight inches. Virgilio Construction Co Inc plows for that reality — lots opened wide, banks pushed well back so the next storm has somewhere to go, entrances and aprons cut clear, sand and salt laid where traffic packs snow into glass. The work happens overnight and on repeat, and it is measured by a parking area that fills at eight in the morning as though nothing had happened. Winter at this elevation rewards equipment that keeps going and people willing to be out in it. Snow removal for Pittsfield and the surrounding Berkshire towns.
