About J&J Lawn Cutters

Head east from Pittsfield toward Hinsdale and the land lifts a little, opening into yards with long views and weather that tends to arrive ten minutes early. J&J Lawn Cutters covers both ends of that year -- mowing, trimming and edging through the growing months, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the ground stops giving. Summer runs on a route and a rhythm; winter runs on whatever the sky decides at two in the morning. The trucks turn out for each, and the outcome is the same either way: a property you can walk across without thinking about it. That is the plain measure of the job.
