About Dalton Lawn Care

Wahconah Falls comes down in steps through the hemlocks east of the city, loud in April and hung with ice by January. Dalton Lawn Care works that same swing of the year across Pittsfield and the mill village it takes its name from: mowing, trimming and edging through the green months, plowing, shoveling and salting through the white ones. Lawns up this way sit on thin, stony ground, and keeping them even takes a steady hand and a dependable week. Winter starts earlier and stays later here than the calendar likes to admit. Either way the trucks go out, and the drives are open by morning.
