About Blueprint Property Group

North Street has to open for business whether or not the night left six inches across the sidewalk, and Park Square never waits for anyone. Blueprint Property Group works the snow side of that arrangement in Pittsfield: plowing lots and driveways, clearing entrances and walks, spreading salt where boots come down hardest. Downtown storms often start wet and heavy at dusk, then turn fine and bitter by two in the morning, which changes how the whole night has to be run. The reward is arriving at first light to find clean pavement, banks pushed well back from the curb cuts, and nobody thinking twice about the weather. That is the entire point of the trade.
