Stephens Tree Service

About Stephens Tree Service

Out toward Bondsville the Ware River runs cold and fast past the old mill, and the woods close back in almost as soon as the pavement ends. Stephens Tree Service works those edges — the ash and hemlock leaning over camp roads near Forest Lake, the yard trees on village streets that long ago outgrew the space they were planted in. Removal is often the answer, taken in sections with rigging so nothing lands where it shouldn't; trimming and pruning handle the rest, opening a canopy so a lawn can finally get some sun. When a storm tears up the river valley, the calls come in the dark and the work starts at first light with a saw and a plan. The reward is small and real: a family's way out, cleared before school.
