About North Country Landscapes

North of the city the ground rises toward Sawmill Hills and Fitzgerald Lake, where the woods press right up against the lawn edge and October drops a hard, fast layer of oak and maple. North Country Landscapes keeps those outlying Northampton yards mowed, trimmed and edged through the season, then works them clear when the leaves come down. Out here the turf meets forest, so the border is half the job — a defined line where mown grass stops and the trees begin. The spring round means pulling off broken branches and matted leaf before the grass wakes up underneath. What you end up with is a yard that holds its shape against the woods instead of slowly losing to them.
