About Sweepnman, Inc.

There is a particular silence at three in the morning when a storm finally quits over North Reading — no wind, no traffic on Route 62, just the scrape of a blade a street or two away. Sweepnman, Inc. works in that hour, plowing lots and driveways, clearing walkways, spreading salt and sand behind the push. Snow moved while it is still cold moves easily; the same snow at noon has turned into something else entirely. Every property is its own small puzzle — where the piles can go, which way the drive drains, what has to stay passable no matter what. By the time the town is awake, the answers are already on the ground.
