About Nate Samson Property Management

Up on the Mohawk Trail the wind comes over the Hoosac Range and drops into North Adams carrying everything it picked up on the way. Nate Samson Property Management plows and clears through those nights — driveways and lots opened, walkways cut down to the surface, sand and salt worked into the steep spots where a grade and an inch of ice make a bad pair. Snow on a hill is its own kind of problem, and the answer is angle, timing, and going back one more time. From the switchbacks the city reads as a handful of lights under the storm, every one of them belonging to somebody who has to be somewhere by seven. Getting them out of the driveway is the job, and it is a good one to have.
