About BUDS Property Management and Landscape Design

In City Mills, where the Stop River slides dark under the old road, winter announces itself long before anyone is awake. BUDS Property Management and Landscape Design plows and clears through those hours, opening driveways and walkways across Norfolk while the streetlights still hold the falling snow in their cones. Pride here is a drive taken clean down to the pavement, salt laid where the shade keeps ice honest, a path cut to the door wide enough for two people to pass. By the time the kitchen lights come on along the village lanes, the way out is already there. It is plain work, and it is the reason a Norfolk morning can begin on time.
