About Santangelo Property Services

Cold Spring Park has that boardwalk over the wet ground and a trail that stays cool even in August, and the streets around it hold their green in the same steady way. Santangelo Property Services keeps those lawns on schedule — mowing, edging, trimming close to fences and foundations, then clearing every hard surface before the truck pulls away. Property work is mostly rhythm: arrive when you said you would, cut at the right height for the month, never let the leaves get a week ahead of you. There is a real pleasure in the last blow of the driveway, when the lawn is striped, the concrete is clean, and the whole place looks intentional. Cleanups bracket the year at both ends, and the weeks between take care of themselves.
