About Galdamez Landscaping

Commonwealth Avenue climbs through Newton in one long patient rise, carriage lanes on either side and a green median that stays stubbornly green into November. Galdamez Landscaping works the properties along that slope and the streets that spill off it, mowing and edging, trimming, and clearing away winter's litter in April and autumn's in October. When the season turns, the same hill becomes a snow problem: driveways plowed, footpaths and stairs dug out, de-icer where the grade sends meltwater across pavement. A slope is unforgiving in both directions, showing every uneven cut and every missed patch. Getting it even is the craft.
