About Nelson Services
Snow suits Newburyport. It gathers on the brick Federal storefronts of Market Square, edges the widow's walks of the old captains' houses along High Street, and falls soft onto the gray Merrimack where the river meets the sea. Nelson Services brings snow removal to this historic port city, opening the way after storms sweep in off the Atlantic past Plum Island. Brick walks and granite steps take patient clearing, and a winter morning in town begins well when they are bare. Nelson Services measures its work by that simple result: a path open from the door, and the old port ready to go about its day.
