About Southcoast Property Services

Three in the morning near the working waterfront and the fish houses are already lit, which means the lots have to be open before the trucks roll. Southcoast Property Services runs storm nights on that clock — plowing lots and driveways, shoveling walks and entryways, salting and sanding the spots that glaze over first. Coastal snow lands heavy, sometimes half rain, and it wants moving before it sets up like concrete. Stacks go where a plow can still turn and the melt has somewhere to run. This city does not stop for weather, so the pavement cannot either.
