After a good storm the hill at Hazelwood Park fills with sleds, which means somebody already cleared the streets and driveways that got everyone there. Elf's Landscaping does that part — plowing, shoveling walks and steps, salting the icy apron at the foot of the drive. When the ground softens the work turns green: weekly mowing, trimming along fences and foundations, sharp edges at the walkways, cleanups at both ends of the season. The south end packs a lot of houses onto a little land, so precision counts for more than size. Done well, a yard looks unhurried, which takes a fair amount of hurry.
