About Arthur W Hurst Inc

Three in the morning in January, the storm has quit, the sky has scoured itself clear, and Natick is fifteen degrees and silent. Arthur W Hurst Inc is out in it, plowing driveways and lots so the town can pretend the night never happened. Up over Walnut Hill the plow lights swing across the banks; down near the center the sidewalks get opened before the first commuters ever walk them. Doing it right means going back for the windrow at the end of the drive, the part everyone else dreads. Daylight arrives to bare pavement, and that is the entire point.
