Pafumi's Lawncare

About Pafumi's Lawncare

Monson granite came out of ledges on these hillsides, and the gray of it still shows through the turf in half the yards in town. Pafumi's Lawncare mows around all of that — cutting, string-trimming into the rock seams, edging the walks and drives, keeping the grass even where the ground never is. When winter arrives the same terrain gets plowed, shoveled and salted, from the road apron all the way up to the door. Stone country tells you exactly where the easy way would have failed. Both halves of the year come down to leaving a place better kept than you found it that morning.
