About Richard Hunt Landscaping, Inc.

Houghton's Pond sits in a hollow of the Blue Hills, and the yards on that side of Milton hold spring a week longer than the rest of town. Richard Hunt Landscaping, Inc. works with that lag — mowing, trimming and edging on a schedule that follows how the grass actually grows. Cleanups open the season in April and close it in November, with mulch laid in between to give the beds a firm dark line. Properties here tend to be full of old rhododendron, stone steps and awkward corners, all of which want a hand rather than a machine. Done right, none of it is noticeable — which is the compliment.
