On Middleton's western side the town runs up against the pines and kettle ponds of Harold Parker State Forest, and that stretch of woods sets the terms twice a year. In summer it drops shade and leaf litter across every lawn beneath it, so C D Landscaping cuts to suit the light, trims the ragged woodland edges back, and keeps the beds mulched and defined. In winter the same trees hold the cold long after the road has cleared, which is why the plow comes through early and the salt goes down on the shaded pitch of a drive that never sees direct sun. Doing both means never handing a property off mid-year. It just stays looked after, February to October and back around.
