About Lco Green

Maynard is a small town wrapped around a mill and a river, the Assabet turning under the bridges and the clock tower keeping watch over all of it. Lco Green mows and edges the yards on the hills above that water through the warm months, then plows the same streets once the town goes white. Downtown lots and narrow drives want a careful blade; the lawns want a straight line and a border you can see. There's a good feeling in a lawn finished before the afternoon heat, and another months later in a drive opened before the tower strikes six. In between, the fall cleanups clear the way from one to the other.
